Ok so I actually followed tradition and asked My girlfriends father for her hand and got told "not at this time". Mainly why I was told was cause I am not having luck in finding a job and she is not only working 2 jobs but also in school for her Masters. Yes I am pissed that I am not working but with a bad back that I try and hide most jobs are trained to see it anyway I am guessing, and my girlfriend shouldn't have to be working so much. Now I am going to school for MBCS but its another 8 months before I graduate and still not sure I will find even a part time job till graduation. Apart of Me is also wondering if maybe he thinks I am not good enough for her cause after all he met his fiancee bout the same time we have been together and cause he is ,for the most part, not financially strapped is getting married in like March or May. Now bear in mind if we were not living in his house (and no he does not live here now) I do know what I would do but I need to keep peace going and a roof over My head to be able to be with My son and My girlfriend.
Ohhhh and I had already asked my girlfriend to marry Me and she said yes
